Shine appoints new GM of People & Culture to support expanding pool of talent

With Shine’s teams constantly expanding in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne, Shine is pleased to announce the appointment of Faye Aylward, as the new General Manager of People and Culture.

Faye brings 17 years of experience in recruitment and talent management to Shine. Prior to joining the company, Faye spent seven years with Hansen Technologies as their Global HR Director, People & Culture, where she supported the company’s growth and success across 15 countries.

Faye will be responsible for leading talent development and overall company culture initiatives to ensure Shine continues to offer outstanding outcomes to our corporate and public sector clients.
