Interviewing with Shine is a step-by-step process designed to explore the right fit for you.

Next is a quick chat on the phone to explore how your skills and experience might fit with our team. We’ll share a bit about Shine, and you can tell us a bit about you.

Technical assessment

Next you’ll meet for about an hour with one of our tech gurus (at our offices or online), for a deeper technical skills assessment and to explore broader competencies for the role.

Interview with Shine leader(s)

You’ll know we’re impressed by your tech skills when we invite you in for a conversation with a member of Shine’s leadership team to further explore the fit between your needs and values, and ours.

Written offer

If we and you feel like Shine is going to be a good fit for you, we’ll make you a written offer. Once signed, we’ll onboard you, equip you and give you some neat swag.
