With the growing push for government organisations to lead in delivering enhanced digital services, there are key challenges for leveraging data and building internal capability with security and AI.
At this exclusive invitation-only event for 20 public sector CIOs & CTOs, join Victor Dominello for a discussion of the key success factors he distilled in his time as the world’s first Customer Service Minister:
From his 12-year Cabinet career, Victor is recognised globally for his role in transforming public service delivery in NSW through initiatives such as the Department of Customer Service, Service NSW, digital driver’s licences, and the Digital Restart Fund.
This is a unique opportunity to engage with Victor and your public sector peers with a fireside chat and Q&A session.

Victor Dominello is a former senior NSW Government minister.
In July 2022, he was recognised by The Australian newspaper as one of the country’s top 100 innovators.
In 2019, Victor was appointed the world’s first Customer Service Minister.
During his 12-year cabinet career, he held various other portfolios, including Digital Government, Innovation, Finance and Aboriginal Affairs. He was part of the
leadership group that led the state through COVID-19 and drove data-driven insights and digital solutions such as QR check-ins, vaccine certificates, and dine-and-discover vouchers via the ServiceNSW app.
He was also the longest-standing member of the Australian Data Digital Ministers meeting – attending every meeting since its inauguration in August 2018 until March 2023 (when he retired from politics).
Victor is now the Director of the UNSW-UTS Trustworthy Digital Society Hub, designed to lead research and insights in citizen-centred digital platforms.
