Knowledge sharing bonus

It is rewarding to share! Sharing your knowledge through our internal Shine Programs (e.g. Blog publishing, Guilds) or Industry Events (speaking at Conferences) will reward you with both peer and industry recognition and a bonus of between $250 – $1,600.

Build Your Skills on Us

Keeping your technical and professional skills up-to-date is good for you, Shine and our clients. Each year we provide 5 days of learning leave, a personal learning budget and a variety of internal and external learning opportunities including local and international conference tickets e.g. AWS re:Invent, YOW Melbourne, Testing Talks, Web Directions and ApiDays (Paris & Melbourne).

Certification Bonus

We will pay you a bonus of between $250 – $500 when you achieve an AWS certification. This initiative supports the maintenance of our AWS Partnership level and means the knowledge you use and share with our clients is ALWAYS at its sharpest.
